Our Craft
WHAT MAKES A PICCOLO BOX PIZZA
We’ve spent years perfecting our process, from slow-fermented dough and rich Italian tomatoes to fresh mozzarella, award-winning pepperoni and golden stone-baked crusts cooked the authentic Neapolitan way.

A 200-year-old Italian secret
We use Molino Dallagiovanna, one of Italy's most respected flour mills, and a long fermentation process. What happens after that is between us and the oven. You'll have to come and try one yourself.

Italian tomatoes, hand-milled
Imported Italian tomatoes, hand-milled the day we use them, with nothing added that doesn't need to be there. Bright, fresh, and the right kind of taste, the way pizza sauce should taste.

The good stuff on top
Traditional fior di latte mozzarella, rich and stringy the way it should be. Hand-sliced Italian salami. Multi-award-winning, beechwood-smoked pepperoni, naturally cured with no added nitrites.

Stone-baked at 400°C
Cooked on the stone at 400°C, the authentic Neapolitan way. Crisp base, soft middle, leoparded crust, all in under 90 seconds. Pizza, you’re going to want another slice of every time.
