How far in advance should I book The Piccolo Box for my event?
As early as possible, especially if you're planning a wedding or summer event. Popular dates can book up well in advance, but if your event is coming up soon, get in touch, and we'll always do our best to fit you in.
How much does The Piccolo Box cost?
You can view our current catering packages and prices on our pricing page. If you have something specific in mind, we're always happy to provide a tailored quote.
How many guests can The Piccolo Box cater for?
We can cater for events of 250+ guests. Whether you're planning a wedding, private party, festival or corporate event, we'd be happy to discuss your requirements.
What areas does The Piccolo Box cover?
We're based in Somerset and regularly cater throughout Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and North Devon. If you're outside those areas, feel free to get in touch, and we'll see what we can do.
Does The Piccolo Box offer gluten-free options?
We don't offer gluten-free pizzas at pop-up events. For private events, we may be able to provide pre-packed gluten-free options on request, subject to availability. Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements.
Does The Piccolo Box only serve pizza?
No. Alongside our pizzas, we also offer:
- Fresh salads
- Cold pasta salads
- Paninis
- Charcuterie platters
- Cured meats
- Cheeses
- Olives
If you’re looking for something specific, just ask and we’ll be happy to discuss the options.
Does The Piccolo Box make its own pizza dough?
Yes. We make our own dough using traditional methods and quality ingredients to create authentic, flavour-packed pizzas.
Where do The Piccolo Box ingredients come from?
We carefully source our ingredients from trusted suppliers, using authentic Italian products wherever possible alongside quality local produce.
Does The Piccolo Box offer vegetarian pizza options?
Yes. We offer a variety of vegetarian options and are happy to discuss menu choices when planning your event.
Can The Piccolo Box cater for dietary requirements and special requests?
We'll always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Let us know about any allergies, intolerances or special requests when making your enquiry.

Yes. We regularly cater for outdoor events, festivals, birthdays, garden parties and community gatherings throughout the South West.
Are The Piccolo Box pizzas freshly made at the event?
Yes. Every pizza is freshly prepared and cooked on-site, so your guests can enjoy it straight from the oven.
How much space does The Piccolo Box need to set up?
Our setup is approximately the size of a transit van and fits comfortably into most venues and event spaces. If you're unsure about access or space, we're happy to advise.
Does The Piccolo Box need power or water at the venue?
Every venue is different, so we'll discuss the practical details with you during the booking process and let you know exactly what's required.
