These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of catering services by The Piccolo Box Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website where misuse is suspected.

Quotations
All quotations provided by The Piccolo Box Ltd are subject to availability and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Bookings are only confirmed once the required booking fee has been received.
Booking & Payment Terms
A non-refundable Deposit of £250 is required to secure your event date.
Once this payment has been received, a binding agreement is in place, and The Piccolo Box Ltd will exclusively reserve the agreed date and time for your event.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of any monies paid.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to guest numbers, venue details, service requirements or timings should be communicated as soon as possible.
Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated after a booking has been confirmed.
Additional charges may apply where changes increase costs or service requirements.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, all booking fees and payments made are non-refundable.
If the event is postponed, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date subject to availability and at the sole discretion of The Piccolo Box Ltd.
Venue Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue provides:
- Suitable vehicle access
- Adequate operating space
- A safe working environment
- Any permissions required by the venue owner or site operator
Failure to provide suitable access or operating conditions may prevent service from being delivered and no refund shall be due.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take food safety seriously and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies where notified in advance.
However, all food is prepared in an environment where allergens may be present.
We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens and accept no liability for allergic reactions where information has not been provided or where cross-contamination risks exist beyond our reasonable control.
Clients should ensure that guests with severe allergies exercise appropriate caution.
Service & Liability
The Client is responsible for ensuring suitable access, adequate space and safe working conditions at the venue.
The Piccolo Box Ltd shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Illness
- Vehicle breakdown
- Equipment failure
- Utility interruptions
- Venue restrictions
- Road closures
- Government action
- Any other unforeseen events
Damage to Equipment
Any loss of or damage to equipment, vehicles or property belonging to The Piccolo Box Ltd caused by guests, venue staff or unsafe site conditions may be chargeable to the Client.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to this, The Piccolo Box Ltd’s total liability arising from any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant event.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profits, business interruption or reputational damage.
Website Availability
Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure this website remains available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will always be free from errors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove any part of the website without notice.
